Project Management
Delta Land Surveyors, LLC will be responsible for overseeing, managing and conducting all surveying activities. Our meticulous project management procedures will ensure that all tasks assigned will be successfully delivered on time and within budget. Our team is consistently relied upon by public and private sector clients to provide all types of surveys.
Our focus is to provide timely, cost appropriate solutions based on historical information, field evidence and principles and practice of the surveying profession. The idea is not to meet the Standards of Practice but to exceed them and the expectations of our clients.
The Delta team understands that work performed must be precise and every task assigned to us must be handled with care, efficiency and with budget consciousness. Each project and task was approached with thought and consideration for our client’s budget, timeline and end goal in mind. Our firm has a long history of delivering projects on time and on budget, without delay or interference.
A sole point of contact is appointed for each assignment. Assigning one dedicated point of contact will streamline our collaboration, thus eliminating the chances for confusion or miscommunication. Delta prides itself on building a solid plan based on good communication and clear expectations. We operate as an extension of the client’s team. Prior to any task assignments, the Project Lead will schedule a meeting with the client to further enhance our mutual relationship and to discuss and forecast for the upcoming project.
Upon issuance of a task, Project Leads will manage the scope, assignments, schedules, negotiations, status reporting and invoicing for all tasks issued. He will develop a comprehensive and efficient plan highlighted by project milestones and goals. All proposals will be arranged by tasks and the team member responsible for them, but it will be the Project Lead’s responsibility and priority to ensure that each task is completed effectively and on schedule.
Each Project Lead has assembled a well-diversified team that is experienced in all aspects of survey and mapping. Depending on the type of survey task ordered and its geographic location, we will assemble a team consisting of the most appropriately skilled in-house staff and sub-consultants.
In house, Delta has skilled CAD technicians, along with a wealth of CAD resources. The Delta team also has a Quality Assurance/Quality Control system in place for all of our projects to ensure the quality of work and documents prepared for each project assigned to us.
