Introduction
Founded in 1983, Delta Land Surveying, LLC. is an independent, family-owned Surveying and Mapping Firm that provides both traditional & non-traditional surveying and mapping services serving some of Florida’s leading public sectors, private organizations and individual clients.
Delta’s management staff of 3 Licensed Professionals has a combined total of over 120 years of experience and supervises 4 Survey/CAD/GIS Technicians and 5 Field Teams. Delta’s teams can be deployed to provide a single source for geospatial data, graphic presentation, database design, delivery, and data management consultation.
Delta’s administrative infrastructure includes continually updated Quality Control, Operations, Field Procedures, and Graphic Standards Manuals created and maintained in-house. The Manuals bring discipline and standardization to the work that is easy to translate to customer standards. Schedules at Delta Land Surveying are updated daily and budgets are reviewed weekly using custom software for time input and a Daily Schedule Report.
Delta’s clients include governmental entities, business professionals, and private landowners. Building lasting professional relationships with our clients based on sound, quality service some of whom have been clients for 40 years. Delta’s employees have enjoyed many years of continuing work relationships that include as needed Professional Surveying Services Contracts with the staffs of surveying and engineering consultants, developers, law firms, and all levels of government. Work is regularly performed throughout North Florida and South Georgia.
Delta has learned from our over 45 years of experience that traditional Surveying and Mapping is only the start of a complete product and that knowledge was the beginning of our non-traditional surveying services that make it unnecessary to outsource any Professional Surveying and Mapping task.
